Rofex is our point-of-sale system. You charge at the counter and what you have left goes down on its own, with no counting by hand. And if you also sell online, the catalogue comes from that same stock.

What it does

Every sale takes the right amount off at that moment, so when you close you know what you sold and what is left without walking to the shelf.
You upload your catalogue from the spreadsheet you already have
It takes an Excel file with SKU, name, price, stock and categories, with a preview before you confirm. No loading products one by one.

Your customers browse and buy from the same stock as the counter. The Basic plan does not include it.
Takes cards through MercadoPago, from the Pro plan up
Card payments are enabled on the Pro and Full plans. The fee that applies is published on Rofex's own plans page.

What it does not do
Worth reading before you decide, not after.
- It does not work without internet. It is a web application talking to a server: if the connection drops, the till cannot sell. If your shop has patchy internet, it is worth knowing beforehand.
- It does not issue your receipts on its own. It connects to our electronic receipts engine, and to issue them your business has to be certified with the SII — ten steps, and we handle that paperwork.
- It does not handle several branches or warehouses. Today it is one location. If you have two, it is not for you yet.
- It does not do quotes or work orders, and it does not track accounts receivable. It is a point of sale, not a full management system.
- The online store does not run on your own domain. It lives inside Rofex, with your catalogue and your brand, but the address is not yours.
- The Basic plan has a cap: one user and 500 products. The caps for each plan are on Rofex's plans page.
