1. General and Tax Information
In compliance with legal disclosure obligations, this website and the associated services are operated by WEBIADOS SPA, a company incorporated in Chile, with Tax ID (RUT): 78.403.378-3 and registered address at Los Olivos Nro. 10958, Santiago, Chile.
2. Our Services
Webiados is a technology company specializing in digital design and development for businesses looking to digitize and scale their operations. We mainly provide the following professional services:
- Custom software development: Building web systems, applications, and IT solutions tailored to each company's internal operations.
- Web design and development: Corporate websites, landing pages, and online stores with high standards of design, SEO, and technical optimization.
- Business automation: Platform integrations, automated workflows, and optimizations aimed at digitizing the business.
- Technology consulting: High-level strategic advice for decisions about software, infrastructure, and digitizing corporate processes.
3. Acceptance of Terms
Accessing, browsing, and using this website, as well as requesting a quote for or formally contracting any of our services, implies full, express, and unreserved acceptance of every clause detailed in this document.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 This site.The texts, design, code and trademarks of webiados.com belong to Webiados SpA or to those who licensed them to us.
4.2 What we build for you.The design and code we develop specifically for your project, including any logo and icons we design for you, are yours once the project is paid in full, as Article 8 of Chilean Law No. 17.336 establishes for commissioned software. From day one the repository lives in your own account, so you always have access to it.
4.3 What we reuse across projects.To work faster and better, your site may include components Webiados already had or uses in other projects (for example, the base of our kits and our libraries). Those components remain Webiados'. You receive, at no extra cost because it is included in the price, a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify and deploy them as part of your site, and to have any developer you choose work on them. The only thing you may not do is sell or license them to third parties as a separate product. You authorize from now on that your site be modified by you or by whoever you choose.
4.4 Your content, your brand, your domain and your data.The texts, photos, trademarks and other materials you give us remain yours; we only use them to build your project. Your domain is registered in your name (except on the no-down-payment plan, where it stays in our account until month 12 and is then transferred to you). Your business data (customers, orders, bookings, conversations) is yours and you can export it free of charge whenever you want, including if you stop working with us.
4.5 Our platforms.Rofex, Booklia and the Webiados platform (the system that runs your CRM, booking calendar, assistant and receipts) are Webiados SpA software offered as a service while you keep your plan. Their code is not transferred. The configurations and integrations we build inside those platforms are part of them.
4.6 If there are outstanding payments.Until the project is paid in full, the custom work remains Webiados'. If a monthly plan goes unpaid, the service is suspended until it is settled; we do not delete your content or your data, and we hand them over whenever you ask.
4.7If a proposal or a contract signed with Webiados SpA says something different on this same point, the signed document prevails.
